Terms and Conditions

The following terminology and principles of interpretation govern these Terms and Conditions: These are the terms and conditions for Upvix services. Please carefully consider these Terms & Conditions before signing the Agreement. These Terms and Conditions describe who we are, how we will provide you with our services, what to do if a problem develops, and other essential information. If you feel any issue with these terms, please submit feedback to customer service. In addition, we may be penalized against your misbehavior over the data application procedure.

1. Upload Data

Reset requires a minimum of 100USDC to reset the user account.
Once all data has been done, users should apply for a full withdrawal and receive the withdrawal amount before they can request to reset their account.

2. Withdrawal

After completing all data, users may apply for full withdrawal.
Withdrawal or refund is not available in the middle of the uploading process.
The maximum withdrawal amount is 5,000USDC for Normal users, 50,000USDC for Gold users,200,000USDC for Platinum membership and no maximum withdrawal amount for Crown membership.
Users are required to submit withdrawal requests from the platform to recd eive payment.
A minimum withdrawal of 50USDC or more before being allowed to withdraw funds.

3. Funds

All funds of the user will be safely kept in the user's account and can be requested to withdraw the full amount once data has been completed.
To avoid any loss of funds, all funds will be processed by the system and nc t manually.
If there is any unexpected loss of funds, the platform will assume all responsibility.

4. Account Security

Please do not disclose any passwords to others, if it causes any loss, the platform will not be responsible for any loss.
Users are not recommended to set their birthday password, ID card number, or cell phone number as a withdrawal password or login password.
Login password or withdrawal password may be reset by contacting online customer service if forgotten.
User and Business Non-Disclosure Agreement.
The data to be completed on Upvix is real-time data done by real users. Therefore, the users must ensure data confidentiality with Upvix.
All users in Upvix can only have a personal account (except the training account), if the user is found in Upvix to register multiple accounts additional farm commission leads to the destruction of the authenticity of the data, once detected by our system, we will freeze the users account, and according to the extent of the destruction of the penalties or take legal action.
Merchant assistance conditions: Merchant assistance is only used to help the user to complete the data, the user to complete the data need to try to pay back the merchant assistance payment after the application for withdrawal.

5. Application

Normal users will be paid 0.5% for each upload. Gold users will be paid 0.6% for each upload.
Platinum users will be paid 0.8% for each. Crown users will be paid 1% for each upload.
Each completed data will have funds and rewards returned to the user's account on the spot.
The system will randomly assign data to the user's account according to the total amount on the user's account.
A set of data will be assigned as normal data and combination data. An additional combination data may be assigned to the Crown membership level.
Once the data has been assigned to the user's account, it cannot be canceled or skipped.
To protect the user's benefits, the amount of the data will be increased according to the total account balance, and so will the earnings!
Regular and Gold members include no more than 40 app data entries in the 100% Upload data set. Platinum and Crown members include no more than 50 app data entries in the 100% Upload data set.

6. Combination Data

Regular users will receive a 20% rebate for each completed Combination Data order. Gold users will also receive 20% per order.
Platinum users will receive a 20% rebate for each Combination Data order.
By completing each app work within the Combination Data, users can earn 20 times the profit compared to standard data works.
The system will randomly assign 0 to 3 combinations within each 100% data set. Each combination consists of 1 to 3 apps. Users are more likely to receive 1 or 2 combinations, with the third combination being less likely.
Once Combination Data is assigned to a user's account, funds will not be immediately returned. Funds will only be released after the completion of each order within the combination.
The system allocates Combination Data based on the total balance range in the user's account.
Once the Combination Data has been assigned, it cannot be canceled or skipped.
If the user fails to complete the assigned data within 72 hours and does not respond, the platform reserves the right to deduct the user's credit score. Repeated violations will result in further deductions.

7. Recharge

If you, for whatever reason, provide access to your Account or any portion thereof to any third party or use the Service to collect any information on behalf of any third party ("Third Party"), whether or not you are authorised to do so by Upvix.com, the terms of this Section shall apply to you.
If you utilise the Service for a Third Party, you confirm that (a) you have the authorisation to represent and bind the Third Party to this Agreement, (b) the Third Party is the owner of any rights to Customer Data in the relevant account between the Third Party and you, and (c) you will not reveal the Third Party's Customer Data to any third party without the Third Party's permission.
You are responsible for ensuring that any Third Party using the Service abides by the terms of this Agreement. Upvix.com does not make any representations or warranties for the benefit of any Third Party, whether directly or indirectly. You must take all necessary measures to disclaim any representations or warranties pertaining to Upvix.com, the Service, Software, or Reports with respect to Third Parties. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Upvix.com, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any third-party claims, actions, proceedings, and suits arising out of or related to (a) any representations and warranties you make concerning any aspect of the Service, Software, or Reports to Third Parties, (b) any claims made by or on behalf of any Third Party related to your use of the Service, Software, or Reports, (c) any violations of your privacy obligations to any Third Party, and (d) any claims related to the acts or omissions of Third Parties in connection with the Service, Software, or Reports. You will be responsible for any and all related liabilities, damages, settlements, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees and other litigation expenses) incurred by Upvix.com or any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates.
